  • Not recommended, old model based on an open relay
• Security
  • Access level security to process history
  • Strict: user must have be involved in the document to be able to access the history, recommended to set at the process level and not globally
  • Relaxed: any user configured in the process has access to the history
• ISO Control
  • Locks the designer so only a process that has the editable enabled flag can be edited
  • To change the flag is recommended to create a process to change this flag, a request for process modification.
• User validation
  • Local: basic account password
  • 2FA: 2 factor authentication by email

• Server Name: server name configured in the code
• Email: from configured to send messages
